About City of Aberdeen Distillery

City of Aberdeen Distillery is located in the heart of the city within a historic railway arch - inside can be found the Gin School, Distillery and Shop.
We offer a range of tours including the Gin School Experience – where you can distil your own gin (full size 70cl bottle to take home), crafted to your own recipe on a beautiful copper alembic mini-still. There are over 100 botanicals to choose from. The Gin School caters for 20 distillers at any one time and offers are available for large group bookings. When you visit, why not sample from our demi-johns? These are flavourful gins and fruit based liqueurs (using locally sourced fruit) crafted within the distillery by the master distiller. These are very limited, single batch creations.
