Orkney Spirits Limited - trading as Orkney Gin Company, established in 2015. The first gin distillery located on the Orkney Islands and the only distillery in Scotland to handcraft Akvavit.
With Orkney’s rich history and folklore at heart, Orkney Gin Company collect unique Orcadian ingredients enjoyed by many locals over the years and handcraft them into truly special award winning spirits. Their gins - Johnsmas, Mikkelmas, Rhubarb Old Tom and Aatta - and Scotland’s first Akvavit - Orkney Akvavit - are hand-made in their small family run distillery on the shore of Orkney’s famous Scapa Flow. *please note, Orkney Gin Company operate from a purpose built micro distillery and do not have a visitor centre*
