About Crossbill Distilling Ltd
Crossbill Distilling is an established distiller with experience dating back to 2006. Gin production began in 2012 in Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands. In 2017 we relocated to the legendary Barras in Glasgow’s East End, where we distil our range of award-winning, handcrafted Scottish Gins.
Crossbill Distillery & Shop also hosts the hugely popular Gin School, where guests can distil their own unique creation to take away and enjoy. Become the distiller for the day and join us for our most hands-on, in-depth gin experience!
